HSE POLICY

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) POLICY

The HSE activities of Raybond Technical Ltd shall be organized, planned and executed in such a manner as to achieve the following objectives:

    Protect and promote the health of our work force and ensure their safety as well as that of members of the public.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH POLICY

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH POLICY

HEALTH STANDARDS

Medical Fitness Requirements:

  • All staff shall be medically fit and shall remain medically fit throughout their employment
  • Raybond Technical Ltd shall maintain insurance against any liability that may result in the event of any personnel suffering occupational disease or any impairment to health

Health Management Systems:

  • Company's retained clinic shall handle all routine medical and medical emergencies
  • "No Smoking" rule MUST be enforced across all facilities and project sites
  • Drug/Alcoholic addiction MUST not be encouraged amongst staff and suspected staff shall be subjected to screening/test to find out drug/alcoholic level in blood

Ongoing Health Monitoring:

  • Health monitoring of all staff shall be a routine affair to ensure continued fitness of all staff
  • First Aid box manned by a competent Nurse must be provided for field operations
  • Records of medications or injuries treated must be documented
  • The enforcement of this policy shall be the responsibility of the HSE Manager

QA/QC POLICY

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA/QC) POLICY

QUALITY COMMITMENT

It is the company policy of RAYBOND that customers be provided with products fit for purpose and comprising components, sub-assemblies and control systems that comply with or exceed the defined contractual requirements with regard to technical specifications, reliability and quality standards.

QUALITY SYSTEM FRAMEWORK

To achieve these aims, the Company has established and maintains a quality system, which conforms to the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001 and other applicable standards in the course of our operations.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Personnel Standards:

  • Personnel work in accordance with the Quality Manual, procedures, Standards and work Instructions
  • All contractual activities are planned, controlled and documented in systematic manner in accordance with the Quality Plan for each project
  • Records will be maintained to substantiate the control applied throughout each operation carried out by the company so as to provide evidence of the quality levels achieved

Quality Management:

  • The Quality Assurance Manager manages the Raybond Technical Ltd quality programme and maintain/implement all the measures necessary to conform to the relevant standard
